In 2013 I turned my passion for fitness, health and wellness into a career. After training under notable Bahamian and international trainers I birthed Physique Total Fitness in September of 2014 with my first outdoor fit camp and have not looked back since. 

In the few short years from Physique Total Fitness inception to date, I've trained hundreds of clients through group and personal training. 

Throughout my career I’ve gained a reputation of not only being my clients trainer but also their life coach by working closely with them to achieve their health and fitness goals. These goals include weight loss, improving general strength and conditioning or targeted fitness training. I do this by developing and implementing a rigorous functional training program combined with motivational techniques and dietary advice to achieve maximum results.
