Physique Total FitClasses

We offer classes for every level. Each class is designed to burn 350-600 calories. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 

Functional iNTEGRATED TRAINING:

By combining battle ropes, weights, resistance bands etc…, this beginner/advanced level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

PURE RESISTANCE

Here, we combine resistance bands with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

TRX BLAST:

This workout covers every major muscle group utilizing TRX straps at a fast pace format. Open to all fitness levels.

TRX EXPRESS:

This class is tailored for beginner to intermediate levels. Perfect for first timers to those that want a constant 
30-minute workout.

Cardio BLAST:

Cardio Blast is a bodyweight equipment-free high burn oriented program designed to slim you down and tone you up. Different cardio routines, some higher in intensity some lower, will not just help you burn the reserves and get muscle tone but also improve your cardiovascular system, your overall health and fitness level.
